Q: What are our rates?

A: On-site service: For 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday - normal business hours on-site service is $75 per hour, ( labor only and excludes parts and travel ) with a one hour minimum. After one hour, we bill in quarter-hour increments. After-hours on-site service (6:00pm to 8:00a.m. Monday thru Saturday, and all day Sunday) is billed at an hourly rate of $110.

• Upgrade OS Upgrade current OS to Windows 98, 2000, XP or Vista  2-3 hours
• Install New OS Install new OS on empty system  1.5 hours
• PC Overhaul Replace MB, memory, processor and case  2-4 hours
• Install Printer Install a parallel or USB printer to computer  1 hour
• Install Digital Camera Install a serial or USB digital camera to PC  1 hour
• Dial up Internet Setup modem and software for dial-up internet  1-1.5 hours
• Broadband Internet Setup Cable or DSL for internet access  1.5-2.5 hours
• Install an internal card Video card, Sound card, etc.  1 hour
• Internet Sharing Install and configure an Internet Gateway/Router  1-1.5 hours
• Anti-Virus Software Install and Configure Anti-Virus software  1 hour
• Install Firewall Setup a software firewall for 1 PC  1 hour
• Data Backup Backup important data to CD (Max 700Mb)  1 hour
• Wireless NetworkInstall and configure secure wireless network 1-2 hours

PC Repair Satisfaction Guarantee Service is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. (After normal business hours by appointment). Check appropriate rate.

Flat Fee Services - in shop only:

Tune up: $89 flat fee. Includes all Microsoft Windows updates, device driver updates, virus / spyware malware cleaning, removal of superfluous startup items and programs, drive defrag, registry clean, installation of spyware, malware and virus prevention utilities, and blowing out the dust bunnies. Call or Email to set an appointment Convenient for you. Re-format / Reinstall: $189. Return your computer to same or better than new! Includes deleting drive partition, reformat hard drive, full operating system installation, driver installation and testing of all functionality, All Microsoft Windows updates, and reinstallation of up to two software applications. Call or Email to set an appointment Convenient for you. Backup with Reformat and Reinstall and Restore: $210. Inlcudes backup of MyDocuments, Explorer favorites, Outlook Express or MS Outlook mail, and restoring files to working order after reformat / reinstall. Call or Email to set an appointment Convenient for you. Free Pickups & Free Drop Offs.

Pre-Paid Computer Protection:

Want to save money on your very first call ?  Want to be able to call us out and not have to worry about how much it is going to cost?  Purchase Pre-Paid Protection from us. These blocks of time are discounted from our regular On-Site rate of $75.00 per hour. The more time you buy, the more you save.

Once you have purchased a Pre-Paid Plan you may use the hours as needed for On-Site or In-Shop repairs, phone support, remote support or consultation services. Unused hours can be used in the future for another service call. With the Pre-Paid Plans there is no one hour minimum. You only use the actual time we work. Unused hours never expire.

4 hours for $280.00 (saves $20.00)

6 hours for $420.00 (saves $30.00)

8 hours for $560.00 (saves $40.00)

10 hours for $700.00 (saves $50.00)

Our most popular service option, PAY-PER-INCIDENT provides computer support for pop-ups (spyware), virus detection and removal, error messages, a slow computer, email problems, hijacking and much more.

The PAY-PER-INCIDENT is a pay-as-you-go service priced at $34.99 for every 30 minutes. You may purchase a full hour at a discounted rate of $59.99 for 60 minutes, and save any unused minutes in your account for future use. Ideal for use with a single desktop computer or laptop. Pre-purchase 30 minutes or 60 minutes and save them in your account for anytime use!

    • A service appointment fee of $19.99 will be charged to your credit card at the time of your appointment unless appointment is cancelled a minimum of two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This amount will be credited to your service fees at close of service or converted to minutes and added to your account if the appointment is missed.
