CheapHitec is committed to the satisfaction of all our customers, and constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide.

· If you are not satisfied with any work that has been done, please contact the management at   We will do everything possible to resolve the problem for you.

· Equipment Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.

· Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally it is 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.

· Delivery charges are not refundable.
